Proposal
The BCD Online (BCD) hereby proposes to enter into a joint venture with the French-American Chamber of Commerce Los Angeles, Inc. regarding the design, development and hosting of the Chambers' web site, as well as, providing the Chamber with commissions in return for web site development referrals of the Chamber members.
BCD will design and develop a Level 3 Web Site (up to a 25 page site) for the French-American Chamber of Commerce Los Angeles, Inc. valued at $4420.00. However, BCD proposes to develop the site for one-half of the cost valued price ($2210.00).
BCD will host FACC's web site at a monthly maintenance fee of $50.00 per month.
BCD will also provide the Chamber with the following:
- A 10% commission, paid quarterly, on every web site developed for Chamber members. Also, a commission of 5% residual on all Chamber members monthly hosting fees will be paid quarterly for as long as BCD hosts the Chambers and its' members web sites.

2. Training necessary to the Chamber staff to update and maintain changes.
3. Software recommendations to be purchased by the Chamber.
4. Internet Classes
- Intro to the Internet, Creating a Web Site and How to do business on the Web.
- Classes to begin in September
- 3 hour classes
- $25.00 a Student per class. ($300.00 minimum per class) includes training materials
The French-American
Chamber of Commerce Los Angeles, Inc.
will provide BCD
the following:
1. Membership to FACC.
2. Advertise and promote
BCD as their web site developer
to its' members
for web site development (newsletter releases etc.).
3. A serious promotional campaign for Internet classes.
4. The opportunity for BCD
to redesign and develop the FACC Web Site
prior to the Internet classes.
